‘Hail, Caesar!’ 2nd hilarious trailer released; US theatre debut set February 5

'Hail, Caesar!' is an upcoming comedy-musical film set to be released in the United States on February 5, 2016. It recently released the second official trailer featuring a hilarious scene between Alden Ehrenreich and Ralph Fiennes rehearsing on a film set.

According to /Film, Universal Pictures recently released the second official trailer for the Coen Brothers' newest comedy film set to premiere in theaters next month. It featured a hilarious scene between Ralph Fiennes and Alden Ehrenreich as the former attempts to coach the latter with his lines. Fiennes plays director Laurence Lorenz during the Golden Age of Hollywood while Ehrenreich is an actor who has trouble performing his line, 'Would that it twere so simple', because of his thick Southern drawl.

The second trailer also featured a montage at the end showing the rest of the ensemble cast including Josh Brolin, Scarlett Johansson, Jonah Hill, Frances McDormand, Channing Tatum and George Clooney among others.

According to the Daily Mail, the upcoming film follows a Hollywood fixer helping in the production of a new film entitled 'Hail, Caesar!' starring Clooney's Baird Whitlock. Baird is eventually kidnapped by a group called The Future and the fixer, played by Brolin, becomes in charge of the rescue and the $100,000 ransom.

The new comedy film is set to premiere at the 66th Berlin International Film Festival on February 11 after its release in the United States on February 5. According to The Guardian, 'Hail, Caesar!' will also debut in the United Kingdom in March 4.

It is directed by frequent collaborators and siblings Joel and Ethan Coen, best known for their work on several multi-award winning films such as 'No Country for Old Men', 'True Grit', 'Burn After Reading', 'The Ladykillers' and the recent 'Inside Llewyn Davis'.

'Hail, Caesar!' is an upcoming comedy-musical film directed, written and produced by the Coen brothers. Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner are co-producing while Robert Graf is executive producing. Critically acclaimed cinematographer Roger Deakins has also come on board for the film.
