Bethesda's Fallout 4 surely has a lot up its sleeves in terms of possible downloadable content updates, and as early as 2016 is, rumors around the title have gone immensely viral. One of the most prominent speculations claimed so far is the tendency of the fourth title to have a downloadable content update that will actually take place underwater.
According to Forbes, Fallout 4 has indeed done marvels since it was released last year-and even the rumors that surrounded it were quite notable to many. For the start of the year, the one that stood out most was the tendency of an underwater update, in which some fans claim to have seen it coming.

Some said that the in-game characters mentioned them in conversations, as to even go with the theory that there will be mutated underwater creatures along the way. A factor that perhaps triggered the speculation is the sighting of a Harpoon gun recently, in which fans are thinking that it will be used for a possible hunting exploration mission.
