'The Originals' Season 3 Spoilers: Klaus goes on a killing rampage after Cami's death; Cami to return as a vampire?

By

The Mikaelson brothers will return after "The Originals" Season 3 winter break determined to avenge Cami's death. In a recently released promo for episode 10, Klaus tells Elijah that their enemies must be punished for the attacks targeting the people they love. Their retaliation must be swift and in such a brutal manner that their enemies will have no time to process what happened to them.

Indeed, that is how they exact vengeance for in the next scene reports Christian Today, Elijah goes on a killing spree. He is staking several vampires so swift that they die without knowing what hit them. Klaus has a special target in Aurora (Rebecca Breeds) who is crazy about him and was the one who killed Cami in the midseason finale.

Cami's death is especially upsetting to "The Originals" Season 3 fans because after many episodes of denying the sexual tension between her and Klaus, they at last kissed. Master Herald reports that Klaus professed his love for her with, "What is important to you, is important to me. What makes you happy, makes me want to keep you so. What scares you I want to tear apart."

Unfortunately, the new lovers' happy moment was cut short when Klaus woke up and found a dead Cami by his side. She was left to bleed to death after Aurora slashed her throat.

A lot of "The Originals" Season 3 fans are thinking however that Cami is not actually dead because the writers are not that cruel to make her love story with Klaus end so soon after the long buildup. Further, Cami is such a beloved character of the series that killing her very early in the season seems foolish.

According to IB Times, the only way Cami can stay in the show is if she becomes a vampire or is already one. It is possible that Klaus himself have fed her his blood. In episode 8 of "The Originals" Season 3, she got scars when she was kidnapped by Aurora but she had fully recovered by the next episode. Klaus definitely fed her with his blood to ensure her recovery.

Meanwhile, the midseason finale also showed Rebekah asking Elijah to stake her so that she would not be able to hurt the people she loves. She appeared to have gone mad by the prophecy mark on her wrist. However, Elijah did not use a cursed dagger that could kill her but instead just put her to sleep.

Do you think that Cami will come back together with the rest of the gang on"The Originals" Season 3? Tell us what you think. The series will return on January 29 on CW.
