Brandon Davis Faces Drunk Driving Charges; Might Get in Jail for 6 Months

By

The 35-year old oil heir, Brandon Davis, is now facing drunk driving charges for a car wreck in Beverly Hills last October. This mishap rushed him to the hospital and destroyed his Mercedes Benz S550.

According to US Magazine, Brandon Davis was then driving under the influence of alcohol. His alcohol level was twice the legal limit that is why he was arrested at the hospital after the crash.

The accident happened at two in the morning after Davis had dinner at West Hollywood with Mike Comrie, Hillary Duff's ex-husband. His car rolled numerous times in Benedict Canyon because of intoxication, as per recent reports. There were photos surfacing online, which show Davis and Comrie drinking red wine, after the incident.

Moreover, his car was totally wrecked as seen on the photos posted. The images show that the front and right side of the vehicle were torn off. Davis was believed to be the only one inside his car at that moment.

The DUI case of Davis should just place him under probation. However, due to his previous case of cocaine possession in 2011, which he was pled guilty, he might face more serious consequences, like getting in jail for six months.

Apparently, Brandon Davis is the heir to the Marvin Davis oil and entertainment realm. He is the "BFF" of Paris Hilton as well as dated Mischa Burton and called her "fat heifer" after they have broken up. Also, he is well-known for branding Lindsay Lohan as "firecrotch" in a video with Paris back in 2006 and he was accused of beating up Jeremy Jackson in a brawl at Paris' party last year.

All in all, Brandon Davis is currently charged with drunk driving case, which might get him in jail for half a year. Unfortunately, there is no statement released by Davis yet about the matter.
