Na Cola Darcel Franklin has been charged with the murder of her fiancé, who she allegedly stabbed the night before their wedding in Whitehall, Pennsylvania.

According to reports 31-year-old Franklin was having a heated argument with her soon-to-be husband, 36-year-old, Billy Rafael Brewster. As things got heated, Franklin allegedly stabbed Brewster with a kitchen knife twice in the chest.

Franklin was arrested and taken to Lehigh County Prison, where is being held without bail. Brewster was taken to the Lehigh County Trauma center, but unfortunately his life could not be salvaged and he was pronounced dead the day of wedding.

She is being charged with one count of criminal homicide. During her arraignment Franklin seemed incredulous that she killed her future husband, telling the District Judge Donna Butler "You got to check again," as reported by Allentown Morning Call.

First deputy to the Lehigh County District Attorney, Steve Luksa told ABC News that the 31-year-old appeared amazed and scared and kept saying "I...did...not...kill...him..on...purpose," as reported by Good Morning America. Deputy Luksa also said that Brewster's suffered from a punctured heart.

During her arraignment on Saturday, Franklin told the judge that she wanted to go home, to which Judge Butler responded, " you are not going home any time in the near future," as reported by Good Morning America.

There are no reports revealed as of now to what the 31-year-old will plead in the murder case.

Franklin is the mother of Brewster's children, who were present in the house during the fatal altercation between the soon-to-be married couple. Brewster was pronounced dead at 3.00am Sunday morning, he was supposed to marry Franklin in church that day at 10.00am.
