A teenager who raped and killed his Massachusetts high school teacher in 2013 has been convicted and is facing a January 2016 sentencing. He faces life imprisonment with possible parole in 15 to 25 years.
Mohamedou Ould Salahi’s request of Habeas review has been recently denied. The Obama administration admitted difficulty for PRB proceedings, despite being ordered by the president in 2011. It conferred that Salahi’s case may take “several more years”.
