Wojceich Braszczok, a New York police detective who was among four bikers who pleaded not guilty to charges in connection with the beating of an SUV driver in September, has been "charged with gang assault, criminal mischief, riot and more in the 14-count indictment," CNN reported.The September 29 altercation involved the SUV driver Alexander Lien.
