Bloomberg reported that the challenge on the validity of the city bonds planned to be issued by Atlanta to finance the construction of the stadium for the National Football League's Falcons has been raised to the Georgia Supreme Court.

An appeals court ruled yesterday in favor of Nissan Motor Co, allowing the city of New York to proceed with its billion-dollar plan to purchase a specially-designed vehicle that would be the official car for the city's taxi fleet, Bloomberg reported.

Presiding Judge Juergen Kuehnen said that Telegate AG founders Klaus Harisch and Peter Wuensch may not be able to win a ruling that would overturn a lower court decision denying them compensation over Deutsche Telekom AG's alleged antitrust violations in its data prices, Bloomberg reported.
