A former security guard at a Washington juvenile correctional facility was charged with custodial misconduct after convincing a young inmate to record sexual encounters with her in the bathroom of the facility, officials say.
Gawker has started its appeal on the $140 million verdict regarding the case of Hulk Hogan. Two motions were filed yesterday.
