Amanda Hovanec, 37, was sentenced to 40 years in prison after she pleaded guilty to several charges, including distributing a controlled substance that resulted in the death of her husband, Timothy Hovanec.
The 34-year-old was held for trial on all charges, except for one terrorism-related charge, including felony robbery, theft, and abuse of a corpse.
