A second judge has agreed to a second US extradition for drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, giving the government less than a month to confirm the decision.

A judge wrote an appeal that the ban on beard and religious headwear violates a 2015 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in a previous case in Arkansas.
