District Judge Robert Cleland dismissed the lawsuit filed by the Insane Clown Posse and its "Juggalos," or followers and reasoned that the plaintiffs had lack standing. Moreover, Cleland explained that the defendants were not responsible for the purported untoward actions of local enforcement.
The Associated Press said that this is the eight week-long operation, of which this year had unfolded in 106 cities. The FBI declared that their initiative so far has saved around 3,600 children from the streets.
Law enforcement officials have said that a total of 90 people were arrested in six cities and were subsequently charge with defrauding the country's Medicare system of %260 million, TIME reported.
The Washington Post said it was not clear whether the charges brought against New York Representative Michael Grimm could have a link to a long-running investigation about potential campaign violations he had committed during his 2010 congressional campaign.
