Georgia is set to execute its oldest death row inmate Tuesday, after a federal appeals court refused to hear a challenge to the law governing lethal injection.
California advocates and opponents sparred over the new proposed protocol for lethal injection on public hearing last week. Advocates urged the protocol adoption which could resume executions in the state after a 10-year hiatus.
The killer of the Harvey family, Ricky Gray is set to go to court on Tuesday. This particular hearing will determine the schedule of his execution.
