Deputy Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel just detailed the reporters that Germany might give refugees another Asylum Package which includes blocking of family relatives for 2 years.

After being the brunt of the biggest immigration wave since World War II, Germany cuts down on receiving refugees from North America by repatriating those coming from Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia, declaring them 'safe havens.'

Algeria's government unveiled draft constitutional reforms that limits future presidents to two terms in office. The amendment would also require a parliamentary majority to name a prime minister, currently appointed by the president.
