2 PM's Nichkhun shares lyrics of Frank Sinatra's "Strangers in the Night," sparks breakup rumors between him and Girls Generation member Tiffany

Is it all over for Nichkhun of 2 PM and Tiffany of Girls Generation?

Rumors have been circulating that the two K-Pop stars have already called it quits following a recent tweet from Nichkhun.

Earlier this week, Nichkhun tweeted an excerpt of the lyrics of Frank Sinatra's "Strangers in the Night."

""T.S.: Strangers In The Night - Frank Sinatra. 'Love was just a glance away, warm embracing dance away' goodnight!" the tweet read. It was posted along with a picture of the K-Pop idol looking up at the camera.

The post then sparked the breakup rumors between the two celebrities, shocking many fans of the K-Pop stars.

However, this may not essentially be true as KpopStars reported that the full lyrics of the songs is actually romantic and hints at a long lasting relationship instead of a breakup.

"Strangers in the night/ Two lonely people, we were strangers in the night/ Up to the moment when we said our first hello little did we know/ Love was just a glance away, a warm embracing dance away/ and Ever since that night we've been together/ Lovers at first sight, in love forever/ It turned out so right for strangers in the night."

The site also added that the couple's followers believe that Nichkhun may be speaking of his feelings towards his girlfriend.

The couple, as well as their entertainment companies SM Entertainment and JYP Entertainment, has not addressed the rumors.

Nonetheless, Nichkhun and Tiffany were not the first ones who were surrounded with breakup rumors in social media.

Tiffany's fellow member Taeyeon and EXO's Baekhyun were also flooded with reports about their alleged split, shortly after the two announced their relationship with each other. It spread widely on Twitter that even when searching either of the two's names, the number one result would be the break up topic.

"I was going to type Baekhyun in the search bar and 'Baekhyun Taeyeon break up' popped. I don't know how to feel about this," tweeted one of their followers.
