A Florida man, reportedly enraged by a malfunctioning karaoke machine, allegedly pulled a gun on a fellow bar patron.
Aaron Jablonski, 34, faces felony aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a felon charges, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
Jablonski was charged following an incident at Overtime Sports Bar in the Tampa Bay area on March 15. According to the Tampa Free Press, Jablonski "became upset" due to issues with the karaoke machine.
The newspaper reported that Jablonski went outside where another bar patron was having a cigarette. The patron attempted to calm Jablonski down about the karaoke problems.
Jablonski reportedly reacted by pulling a gun from his waistband, pointing it at the person, saying "I don't f------ care."
According to court documents published by The Smoking Gun website, Jablonski turned away from the victim, racked a round out of his firearm, and walked away. The victim went back inside the bar and the police were called.
According to court records, Jablonski has bonded out on each of the charges against him.
The Tampa Free Press reported that the judge issued a no-contact order, barring Jablonski from being within 500 feet of the victim and barred him from returning to Overtime Sports Bar -- regardless of whether the karaoke machine is working.
