Human skeletal remains discovered near a New Hampshire golf course may be linked to the case of a young mother who vanished five years ago.
Amanda Grazewski, a 23-year-old single mother, went missing on St. Patrick's Day in 2020, after staying at a friend's house in Derry, New Hampshire, as reported by Boston 25. She left behind her belongings, including her phone and laptop, and was never seen again.
Despite ongoing efforts, investigators were unable to locate her or determine what happened, leaving her disappearance an open case. Recently, authorities received a tip that led them to search a marshy area behind the Hoodkroft Country Club.
On Thursday, investigators discovered skeletal remains in the area, prompting speculation that they could belong to Grazewski.
The New Hampshire Attorney General's office has stated that the identity, cause of death, and other forensic details are still unknown. Officials have confirmed that investigators will remain on-site for further examination, but no additional information will be released until a thorough analysis is completed.
