Ibiza was in heat early Wednesday morning after two Hollywood stars got into a fight.
Actor Orlando Bloom allegedly threw a punch at singer Justin Bieber outside Cipriani restaurant in Ibiza, Spain. An eyewitness told TMZ that "The Hobbit" actor got irritated when he saw the singer in the restaurant. the restaurant was said to be packed with other celebrities including Paris Hilton and Diddy.
The source claimed that the actor instigated the scene when he took a swing at the singer following Justin telling him "What's up, bitch?"
Luckily, said the source, Justin was able to duck and missed the Orlando's punch.
TMZ obtained a video of the altercation, which can be viewed here.
An insider close to the situation also told the Mirror that people intervened within seconds after Orland threw the punch. "There was some minor pushing and shoving between their entourages," added the source.
The two were said to have been separated, but Justin stayed for a while outside the restaurant.
What led Orlando to start a fight? It has now been widely speculated that the incident resulted from the rumors that Orlando is still upset about Justin getting close with his now ex-wife Miranda Kerr while the two were still married. According to the reports, the Victoria's Secret model partied with the singer after the 2012 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in New York City. The two were allegedly seen getting close with each other.
On the other hand, bad blood between the two might have risen when Orlando was photographed together with Justin's on-and-off girlfriend, Selena Gomez, Buzzfeed said. The two were spotted by paparazzi sitting on a curb outside The Forum in Los Angeles, of which pictures of the encounter emerged April of this year. The photos showed the Disney actress covering her face as Orlando attempted to walk in another direction. Neither of the two has provided statements about the encounter.
Hours after the Ibiza altercation, Justin tried to one-upped Orlando on social media when he posted a photo of Miranda in an orange bikini on his Instagram account. The singer later deleted the photo, but eagle-eyed users noticed the gesture.
Both parties have not released any official statement yet on the said feud.
