Philadelphia police are revealing how many Eagles fans ended up in jail for the night, or handed citations after the city's Super Bowl celebration descended into mayhem.
At least 29 people were cited for disorderly conduct, and there were at least six assaults on police officers that led to five arrests, NBC-10 reported. Other arrests included one for reckless endangerment, two for aggravated assault and one individual was arrested for disorderly conduct.
The station reported that eight people were arrested on various vandalism charges.
In videos posted to social media unruly fans can be seen repeatedly toppling stoplights and other traffic control devices. In some footage, a crew of Eagles fans are seen carrying a downed stoplight through the streets. More mellow fans climbed atop structures and simply danced.

Fans at 12th and Market Street pulled towels and sheets from a box truck, setting them on fire, CBS News reported. The news outlet reported that police confronted the crowd, pushed them back and used fire extinguishers to fight the fires.
Police grappled with the crowds into the early morning hours. CBS News reported that mounted officers arrived on the scene along with other officers who blocked traffic on Center City streets.
"Philadelphia Police ask crowds to disperse and clear the streets in Center City. Follow public safety instructions on where to safely exit. Watch those around you," a post on X by the city's Office of Emergency Management states.
Police are continuing their investigations into incidents following the Super Bowl, NBC-10 reported.
