Students in Tennessee recounted the terror they felt during a school shooting at Antioch High School in which three people were shot.

Police said the shooting began at about 11:09 a.m. when a 17-year-old student opened fire with a pistol in the cafeteria. The student fired mulitple rounds, wounding two students. One of those students later died at the hospital.

Police said both of the wounded students were girls. The girl who survived was described as having a "graze" wound and was in stable condition.

The gunmen then shot himself and died at the scene. Police said there was no danger at the school at this time. Police said they had identified the shooter, but had not released his identity.

"Our teacher was trying to keep us calm," one student said to WKRN-2. Another student described how their teacher had students go "into the closet" in the classroom to hide.

This is a developing story.
