A GoFundMe for the relatives of a Pennsylvania family killed in an apparent murder-suicide has drawn a huge outpouring of support.

The page, whose main focus was "helping the parents of Michelle and Bill offset the cost of 4 funerals" had a goal of $45,000 and had, as of Wednesday morning raised more than $43,000.

On Jan. 12, the family's oldest son, 19-year-old Clifford Hunt Jr. shot his parents, Clifford Sr., 51, and Michelle, 48, in the head, killing them both. He also shot and killed his 16-year-old brother Cody.

Police have not released a motive in the slayings. Police did say that the family were avid hunters and that Hunt Jr. had access to numerous firearms.

Family friend Autumn Ashurst Stang set up the GoFundMe page to help the family, including the cost of four funerals. "The Unthinkable has happened to all who knew and loved them and this tragedy has devastated the community," Stang wrote. "This family of 4 from North Sewickley lost their lives in a tragedy that we are all still struggling to wrap our heads around."

Stang noted that friends and relatives of the family had been able to find placement for the family's many farm animals and pets.
