An Ohio teacher's aide has been accused of raping a 15-year-old disabled student after the boy mother caught the two in the act.

Christin Coble, 45, has been charged with committing sexual acts. The boy's mother told prosecutors that she witnessed the incident. Prosecutors said the boy has an IQ of about 58, WTOL-11 reported. The incident allegedly occurred at the boy's home.

Coble was arrested at her home by Sandusky County Sheriff's deputies and she has been suspended by the school district. The assault occurred when the boy was at home due to the district being closed because of inclement weather, ABC-13 reported.

The prosecutor requested a bond of $150,000 in the case noting that "It is the job of bond to protect society, including the most vulnerable in our society, which I believe this 15-year-old victim who's autistic falls into that most vulnerable," according to WTOL-11.

However, defense attorneys argued the amount was too high as their client could and would apply to all pre-trial release conditions. The bond was eventually set at $100,000, according to WTOL-11.
