He is being sued for negligence and intentional causes of action, failure to disclose and infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit alleges Moulds "targeted single mothers who were Buffalo Bills fans living in Western New York" and "intentionally" infected the women.

The victim connected with Moulds' fiancée, who allegedly recommended the victim get tested for STDs "because she, along with other women whom Defendant had relationships with, had been transmitted diseases by him," the filing read, the outlet reported.
Moulds' attorney, Frank LoTempio, said Friday his client had not yet been served the lawsuit.

The victim claimed Moulds offered her money in an effort to get her to drop the suit and "buy her silence," which she declined, according to the Miami Herald.
