Wedding bells are ringing for One Direction member Zayn Malik and fiancée Perrie Edwards, member of the 2011 X Factor winners Little Mix.
This after an Instagram photo of Malik with a band on his left hand sparked rumors online that the couple had already secretly married.
In the photo, the One Directioner is seen with a finger poking his eye, showing a ring on his left hand. Perrie also added fuel to the rumors when she posted a photo of herself in Hyde Park with a silver band on her own ring finger.
However, a representative of the star was quick to refute the rumors. According to Fashion & Style, the representative said that Perrie and Zayn are not married. The band shown in the picture is actually Malik's engagement ring.
The musical lovebirds got engaged last August 2013 and news came out when Perrie was spotted wearing a ring during the One Direction's This Is Us world premiere.
The couple has slowly been throwing out small details of their wedding. Recently, the two showed a matching yin and yang symbol tattooed on their wrists. However, it could not be determined whether the tattoo is real or just temporary.
Edwards also revealed that she will be the one designing her dress with the help of her bandmate, Jade Thirlwall. Although she did not delve into the specific details, she admitted that she wants a classy long-sleeved dress
Edwards' bandmates will also stand as her bridesmaids during the wedding.
Meanwhile, HollywoodLife.com reported that Malik trying to get Journey to get back together to perform Perrie's favorite song "Don't Stop Believing" during the ceremony.
As for wedding day, no date or location has been set yet, although there are some speculations that the big day will happen by the end of this year.
Zayn and Perrie met on the set of X Factor in 2011. The two started dating in 2012.
