A Florida man allegedly drugged and raped a teen boy on-and-off for two years after they met on a dating app, according to police.

Juan Rene Fernandez, Jr., 50, was taken into custody Tuesday on charges of sexual battery, lewd and lascivious battery on a child, and drug-related allegations, according to jail records. It's unclear if he has entered pleas.

Investigators alleged Fernandez first met the then-14-year-old victim in 2014 on the Grindr app. The victim allegedly told his age, but Fernandez still agreed to bring the boy to his home, where he purportedly supplied him with meth and porn, according to the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, WPLG-TV reported.

During their first meeting, Fernandez allegedly instructed the victim to touch his penis. At their next meetup, Fernandez purportedly supplied the teen with meth, Xanax, and a date rape drug, and demanded the performance of a sex act in return.

"Do you think what (you're) smoking is free?" Fernandez asked the victim, the prosecutors office purported, according to the station.

The pair allegedly continued to meet for two years and Fernandez would provide the teen with drugs in exchange for sexual favors. He would also invite other men to his home to have sex with the underage victim, investigators alleged.

"Through investigative means, we were able to confirm (Fernandez) still has cameras in the home and continues to use methamphetamine in his home," his arrest report read, according to the outlet. "(He) also continues to play pornography on (his TV) whenever consuming methamphetamine with men he meets on (Grindr) at his home."
