A fired Disney employee is accused of hacking into the menus at Walt Disney World and removing allergy warnings from certain meals, according to a report by the FBI.

Michael Scheuer had been recently terminated from his job as a menu production manager at Walt Disney World for alleged misconduct, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Court Watch. The complaint added that the termination was not amicable.

Following the firing, the complaint alleged that Scheuer hacked into the menu software repeatedly over a course of three months, removing peanut allergy warnings and adding profanity to the menus. The complaint stated that the menus were able to be prevented in time from being used at restaurants.

"Namely, the threat actor manipulated the allergen information on menus by adding information to some allergen notifications that indicated certain menu items were safe for individuals with peanut allergies, when in fact they could be deadly to those with peanut allergies," the complaint stated, according to NBC News.

Scheuer also allegedly locked 14 employees out of their accounts, according to the complaint. Disney has since reset all login passwords.

FBI agents reportedly seized four computers after searching Scheuer's home Sept. 23. Scheuer has denied any wrongdoing and allegedly told investigators that Disney was trying to frame him, the complaint stated.

While the complaint did not name Disney in the case, David Haas, Scheuer's attorney, confirmed to 404 Media that the company is involved.

"The allegations acknowledge that no one was injured or harmed. I look forward to vigorously presenting my client's side of the story," Haas told NBC News, adding that Scheuer believes a disability he has affected his termination.
