An Ohio Walmart is pursuing charges after a former employee was caught on camera urinating on hundreds of dollars worth of products, police said.

Just before 4 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to a Walmart in Boardman, Ohio, after receiving reports that a former employee was peeing on products being sold outside the establishment, as reported by WKBN.

When police arrived, the man allegedly admitted to officers that he had urinated behind a pallet of potting mix, according to police reports obtained by WKBN. The man also allegedly told police he had been drinking earlier.

Police reviewed security footage, which they said showed the former employee, who was not named, drinking alcohol outside the Walmart. The ex-employee was also caught on camera peeing on the bags, according to reports.

Law enforcement said the store is interested in pursuing charges and requested that the man be criminally trespassed after an employee determined that the 72 bags the man urinated near would have to be thrown away, costing the business more than $400.
