An Iowa man interning in the Disney College Program was arrested for allegedly masturbating in his car in a busy parking garage at Disney Springs, an entertainment complex at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Benjamin Humpal-Pash, 20, was reportedly seen masturbating in his easy-to-see-into vehicle by a family traversing the fourth floor of the Disney Springs parking garage in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, during a busy weekend day, according to Orange Circuit Court records obtained by World News Today.
The deputy who allegedly caught Humpal-Pash in the act on Aug. 11 works for the Orange County Sheriff's Office, which released the arrest affidavit to the public this week. The deputy maintained Humpal-Push should have known better.
"His penis was clearly seen by a father with two kids, and the Deputy Sheriff providing security inside the Lime garage," the deputy said in the arrest affidavit obtained by World News Today. "The defendant had his penis out in a public place, performing an indecent act. The defendant was parked in a busy parking garage, where he should have known various persons would walk by and clearly see inside his vehicle."
According to his LinkedIn, the 20-year-old was in the 2023-24 Disney College Program, which may explain why he was in the parking garage at the time.
Humpal-Pash pleaded not guilty to exposure of sexual organs, per World News Today. If convicted, he would be facing a misdemeanor charge.
