A Wisconsin teacher allegedly forced a former student to have sex with her during a sleepover with other kids, said prosecutors.
Anna Marie Crocker, 33, has been charged with child sexual assault, possession of child porn, and sexual exploitation of a child, according to the criminal complaint reviewed by the Lawyer Herald.
She plans to plead not guilty to the charges, her defense attorney said, according to WISN-TV.
Authorities began their investigation into Crocker earlier this month when the now-13-year-old boy allegedly confessed to his parents that Crocker purportedly raped him in the middle of the night during a sleepover with several other kids at his alleged attacker's house, last winter.
The victim and Crocker's son were friends.
The victim, who was 12 years old at the time, said he was asleep on the couch in the basement when he woke up in the middle of the night with Crocker on top of him, naked from the waist down.
"Eventually, his friends heard noises and went downstairs. The defendant tried to hide, but his friends saw what happened," the complaint read.
During police interviews, the victim alleged Crocker forced him to have non-consensual sex with her and ignored his repeated pleas for her to stop.
Months later, Crocker allegedly texted the victim, telling him to apologize for the incident in the basement, "trying to make him feel guilty," the complaint stated.
In the midst of the investigation, detectives also learned the suspect allegedly received and saved a video of another teenage student masturbating.
Crocker was an educational assistant at the Riverview School in Silver Lake, Wisconsin, until she was fired Monday, according to the station.
She remains held on a $500,000 bond and will appear for a preliminary hearing later this month.
