Authorities arrested a bloodied Georgia man accused of killing a woman and wrapping her body in a blanket, leaving her dead on the living room floor.

Antonios Pete Kostopoulos, 52, is facing nine charges, including murder, strangulation and kidnapping, jail records show.

It's unclear if he entered a plea to the charges.

Kostopoulos is accused of killing 42-year-old Karina Moreno at a Cartersville, Georgia home, the sheriff's office said, WSB-TV, WAGA-TV and WXIA-TV reported.

Deputies responding to a welfare check and possible domestic dispute at the residence Sunday allegedly encountered Kostopoulos covered in blood and Moreno's dead body concealed in a blanket lying on the floor in the living room.

He was arrested without incident.

Authorities did not elaborate on a motive.
