Angel Nunez, a pediatrician's assistant in Texas, is accused of having sexual contact with multiple child patients during their exams.

Nunez, 25, was arrested on September 5 but released from Dallas County jail after posting a $100,000 bond, according to FOX4.

"These patients believed they were receiving a medical exam and were not aware at the time that they were being abused," the police department said in a news release.

Law enforcement officials were tipped off in August suggesting the 25-year-old was having inappropriate sexual contact with children at Little Spurs Pediatrics in Grand Prairie.

Nunez also worked as an assistant at two other locations in Arlington and Fort Worth.

He had been with the pediatrics clinic for nearly a year until he was fired in August following the allegations against him.
