During a live stream, a group of YouTubers from Kentucky stumbled upon the body of I-75 shooter Joseph Couch in a forested area and can be heard saying, "Found him!" in video footage.
The body was discovered near Exit 49, and authorities believe it is likely to be Couch, 32, after several items "associated" with him were found in the area.
In a press conference on Wednesday, officials said that they are very confident this brings closure in the search for Joseph Couch," according to WCPO.
A weapon was also allegedly found at the scene, and vultures were crucial clues in finding Couch's body.
The couple Fred and Sheila McCoy behind the livestream will receive $25,000 for their role in helping find the body.
Detectives continue to work the investigation.
Couch had evaded capture for over a week, after he allegedly used an AR-15 to shoot at unsuspecting drivers on Interstate 75, near London, Kentucky, according to the FBI.
Twelve vehicles were shot at, resulting in the non-fatal injuries of five shooting victims, said authorities, according to the Associated Press.
