The aunt of missing mom-to-be Mischa Johnson is pleading for her niece to "give a sign of life" as her Army soldier husband faces charges in connection with her mysterious disappearance.
Pfc. Dewayne Arthur Johnson II is accused of providing false official statements, obstruction of justice, and the production and distribution of child pornography, the U.S. Army said, according to KHON-TV.
It's unclear if he entered a plea.
Johnson's wife, Mischa, who is 6-months pregnant with their first child, was first reported missing from her home on Schofield Barracks in Oahu, Hawaii, by her family July 31.
Loved ones said Mischa was looking forward to motherhood and had already picked out a name for the couple's unborn baby girl: Armani Kitana.
"Mischa Johnson and unborn baby Armani, please come home," Mischa's aunt, Mary Yomes, pleaded in a Facebook post Thursday. "Let us find you, give us a sign of where you are. Please, if anyone knows something about my niece, Mischa Johnson, and unborn baby Armani, please come forward and speak up, please."
On Wednesday, volunteers combed through an area near the Dole Plantation in Wahiawa, Hawaii for any sign of Mischa, but the search efforts yielded no results.
Mischa's sister Marianna Tapiz, previously told KITV-TV the couple got married in November and were inseparable.
"They were very affectionate towards each other. PDA levels like through the roof," she explained. "I mean they were all over each other. It's very concerning that he's the prime suspect."
Mischa is of Filipino descent, 5-foot-2 and 170 lbs., according to a missing persons poster.
A $10,000 reward is being offered for information on her case.
