On Thursday, a video made known first by Vice UK showed what appeared to be a party gone wild in a holiday resort on the Spanish island of Majorca. The video accompanied a write-up titled "Competitive Dick Sucking Is Now A Thing In Magaluf," which appears to have been deleted by the website, Buzzfeed noted.
Daily Mail said that Magaluf is notorious as one of the top places for clubbing and drinking during holidays in Europe, and is a popular destination for British tourists.
The write-up had been linked to the uncut, barely censored video of a young woman believed to be a British tourist performing sexual acts on men at a party in Magaluf. The woman, who appeared to be blonde and have hair extensions, is cheered by a disc jockey in the background as she does oral sex on over 20 men in the bar. It has bee reported by local websites that the act was for a contest, of which the prize is a 3-euro bottle of cava. The original site which has hosted the uncut version of the video pulled the graphic video down after Vice started driving traffic to the video.
Daily Mail said parties called mamada, a Spanish word for performing a sex act, are on the rise in Spanish bars to tempt young customers.
Local Mayor Manuel Onieva has since rejected the activities in public, and has already called for a police investigation regarding the said parties. He has already warned bars who have conducted such parties thay they face closure should they be found guilty of hosting mamadas.
Meanwhile, viewers with a keen eye have also spotted a national celebrity in the mamada video, Jay Gardner of British reality television program Geordie Shore is seen at the end of the shocking footage sticking his middle finger up to the blonde woman, which prompted her to walk away.
Gardner has since confirmed to the Mirror about his presence in the said mamada party, but insisted that he did not took part in the sex game, dubbing it the most shocking thing he had ever seen.
