A Florida woman accused of killing her "unfaithful" husband while one of their kids ate Chinese food "was at her wits' end with his lies and deceit" following years of infidelity, according to investigators.

Denise Malcolm, 45, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Rohan Malcolm, 52, Saturday at their family's Coral Springs, Florida, home, according to an arrest report, WPLG-TV and the Miami Herald reported.

One of the couple's 14-year-old twin sons allegedly told police he was "alone in his bedroom, eating Chinese food and listening to music with his headphones on, when he suddenly heard two or three loud bangs."

He rushed out of his room and allegedly saw his mom holding a gun and his father alive and bleeding from his shoulder.

"Denise told him to leave the area, so he went into the kitchen and called emergency services from his (redacted) cellular phone," the report read, according to the station.

Police arrived outside and the twins exited the residence unharmed.

Soon after, Malcolm allegedly fired off the final, fatal round into her husband, before she surrendered to police.

During questioning, Malcolm allegedly told investigators she shot Rohan after he announced he was going on vacation with his friends, according to the report.

It's unclear if she entered a plea to the charge. Malcolm remains held without bond.
