A GoFundMe campaign organized for the one-year-old daughter of missing Virginia mom, Mamta Bhatt, has surpassed $230,000 as her jailed husband heads to court.

Friends, family, and the community have rallied together to help provide ongoing support for the young girl.

Naresh Bhatt is scheduled to be in court Thursday morning following accusations that he was involved in the disappearance and presumed death of his wife Mamta, 28, who has been missing for over a month.

Naresh, 37, has been charged with concealing a dead body and will face a 9:00 a.m. motion hearing to waive his preliminary hearing set for Oct. 24, according to ABC 7.

Authorities believe the mother is dead after arresting Naresh at their home in Manassas. He's currently charged with Prohibition Against Concealment of a Dead Body.

At the bond hearing last Monday, prosecutors called Naresh a flight risk and a potential threat to the community given the evidence presented in court.

Prosecutors revealed BLUESTAR technology was used to trace pools of blood and spatter in the couple's master bedroom and bathroom.

Meanwhile, the defense is arguing that vital evidence is still missing, including the absence of Mamta's body and whether the blood found in the home actually belongs to her.

Recent Google searches like how long it takes to get married after your spouse dies-among others-were discovered by authorities after seizing Naresh's federal work laptop.

A friend reportedly told police that Mamta was a victim of domestic abuse during their marriage.

The immigration attorney representing Mamta Kafle Bhatt's mother and brother said in an interview that the family arrived in the U.S. on Tuesday and are with Mamta's daughter, accoriding to WUSA9.

"We want to thank the community because they have been so supportive of them. Everybody is so interested in when are they coming and when will the baby be able to meet the grandma and the uncle. So, we owe it to the communities to let the community know that all the good wishes and prayers have worked out. They are here and the baby is being loved," Bandita Sharma-Dahal, Esq said in a statement.
