U.S. News says, Pace Law's environmental law program tied for best in country

The renowned environmental law program at Pace University's Elisabeth Haub School of Law in White Plains is tied for the best in the country, under the latest rankings by U.S. News & World Report, released Tuesday.

Pace Law tied for the top spot with the Northwestern School of Law.

The rankings are based on a survey of academics at peer institutions, according to U.S. News.

"For the past four decades, our environmental law program has led the way in training environmental defenders and advocates who have gone on to serve in law firms, government agencies and NGOs across the globe," Horace Anderson, dean of Pace Law School, said in a statement.
