'Criminal Minds' Season 12 Spoilers: BAU Investigates Serial Killer Case; Reid Exiting The Show?

By

Criminal Minds Season 12 will once again return to solve another case after a Spencer Reid focused episode last week. On next week's episode, the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) will solve another case that involves a serial killer.

According to SpoilerTV, the Criminal Minds Season 12's new episode will be entitled "A Good Husband." Its synopsis says that the BAU is assigned to investigate male victims who are found with no way to identify the bodies.

A promo video for the next episode of Criminal Minds Season 12 was also released but revealed little to the plot. It shows a combination of various members of the BAU working cases from the previous episodes as well as the new one. Supervisor Special Agent of the BAU, Rossi (Joe Mantegna) can be heard saying "Every investigation requires patience. But most of all, a focus."

Meanwhile, Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) reveals that the team's newest Unsub is targeting men who have problems with their relationships. It no surprise then that the title for Criminal Minds Season 12's next episode is "Good Husband." Moreover, the Unsub looks to be a seductress who picks men in bars. This is showed on the promo when a woman in black colored high heels approaching a man in a bar, which most likely is her victom.

Reid also seems to be back with the team after a brief lay off from taking care of his mentally ill mother Diana (Jane Lynch). Diana won't be making an appearance on the "Good Husband" episode of Criminal Minds Season 12. But she will return on the following episode according to ibtimes.com.

Unfortunately, there are rumors that suggest that Matthew Gubler will be exiting the Criminal Minds Season 12. What's more, next week's episode is entitled "Spencer" which likely means that it will be focused on Reid and could be his last episode if rumors are true.

Ratings for Criminal Minds Season 12 have matched the series' low in the last episode. Reid exiting wouldn't likely help their ratings.
