Two years ago, Ronda Rousey was the Queen of MMA, who steamrolled through her opponents like a hot knife slicing through butter. But all of that has changed with back to back knockout losses that completely erased her aura of invisibility. A career change might be in store for 'Rowdy' and it will probably involve a stint with the WWE.
It's been known even before her last fight with Amanda Nunes that Rousey's MMA career is winding down. According to Fox Sports News, the former champion has said that her fight with Nunes will definitely be one of her last saying that the show isn't going to be around forever. And after a devastating loss at the hands of Nunes, it's quite clear that a move to WWE may be her next option. Forbes lists 5 potential feuds for Rousey if she does make the switch.
Nia Jax. If Rousey enters the WWE, expect her to be a female version of Brock Lensar who will dominate her opponents just like the MMA fighter did earlier in her career. Nia Jax would be the perfect rival for Rousey who could also serve as the ideal introduction for Rousey as the new seemingly invincible character.
Nia Jax is currently unmatched by the WWE roster. If Rousey defeats her in just seconds, it would quickly establish her as the new alpha dog.
Bayley. Good things happen when WWE pit two babyfaced wrestlers agaist each other like The Rock and John Cena. Bayley is one of the most popular Divas on the roster. A match between Rousey and Bayley is a sure hit.
Stephanie McMahon. Stephanie McMahon and Rousey already has a history dating back to WrestleMania 31 where the MMA fighter attacked McMahon. Expect at least a feud between the two when Rousey returns.
Charlotte. Charlotte has been dominating the WWE's women's division for two years and is considered as the top heel. A classic heel vs face could be in the works with Rousey vs Charlotte.
Asuka. There's no Diva on the WWE roster that can match Asuka's intensity and tremendous striking. Unfortunately striking is Rousey's weakest aspect and a match between the two could be the most evenly matched of the bunch.
