"Beauty and the Beast" has just its trailer released. It is filled with familiar scenes from the original show of the Disney film.
According to a report in Los Angeles Times, "Beauty and the Beast" stars Emma Watson as Belle. She has been forced to live with the Beast which is played by Dan Stevens in the upcoming film. The reason for Belle's living with Beast is for her father. Belle's father, Maurice is portrayed by actor Kevin Klein.
The trailer being released for "Beauty and the Beast" has familiar sounds and scenes from the original film in 1991. It shows of similarities from the dance to the way they eat. There are additional songs to the soundtrack yet the original song from the film still remains and this time it is sang by Ariana Grande and John Legend.
A report in Movie Web indicates that the opening for "Beauty and the Beast" has been scheduled by the Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures on March 16. It is further indicated that the film is to open to 590 locations nationwide.
The other cast members to be in the film are, Luke Evans as Gaston, he is the young villager who woos Belle. Gaston's long suffering aide LeFou is portrayed by Josh Gad. Ewan McGregor is the candelabra Lumiere. Stanley Tucci is Maestro Cadenza, Madame de Garderobe is played by Audra McDonald and Gugu Mbatha-Raw is the feather duster Plumette.
"Beauty and the Beast" stars also include Hattie Morahan as the enchantress, the teacup Chip is played by Nathan Mack. Finally, Ian McKellen is the mantel clock Cogsworth and Emma Thompson is the teacup Mrs. Potts.
Meanwhile, Vox reports that the new trailer is a shot-by-shot resemblance from the original animated film of Beauty and the Beast. It shows the castle. The French village where belle resides and the important objects found in the beast's castle.
The trailer does not give away too much of "Beauty and the Beast's" content but it is worth the wait. The film is set to air on March 17.
