'Counting On' Season 3 Update: Jessa Seewald, Jill Dillard Share Updates of Duggar Pregnancy

By

Jessa Duggar-Seewald is excited to welcome her second baby with husband, Ben Seewald, as the reality TV star recently took to social media and shared the progress of her pregnancy at 39 weeks. This Duggar pregnancy was revealed in August 2016, with the Seewald couple opening up to PEOPLE about welcoming a second baby into their family.

Jessa and Ben had their first child, baby Spurgeon Elliot, in November 2015. “We are overjoyed to announce that Spurgeon has a new title in life as ‘big brother!’ ” the Seewald couple said. “We are so thankful that God is adding to our family.” Jessa posted a photo on Instagram, putting two photos side by side and making a comparison between her first and second pregnancy upon reaching the 39th week.

The "Counting On" star has been regularly posting updates on this Duggar pregnancy, taking pictures of her growing baby bump and showing images of her at 25 weeks and 31 weeks. Although the gender of the baby is yet to be announced to Duggar fans, Jessa and Ben already revealed to their followers that coming up with a baby name is a top priority. "We really have no ideas for names at this point,” Ben said on one of the "Counting On" Season 2 episodes. “So, maybe we will have to get some suggestions at some point.”

Aside from Jessa’s, another Duggar pregnancy is also being expected in the large clan. Jessa’s sister, Jill Duggar-Dillard, is on her second pregnancy as well and is expecting another baby boy with husband, Derick. As shown in a video shared on TLC, the couple revealed the gender of their second child. "The next Dillard baby is a boy," the couple, whose first child is 21-month-old Israel, said in the video, adding: "Israel didn't really understand what was happening but he's just excited because other people are excited, so he's just excited about his new little baby brother."

"Counting On" Season 3 airs on Mondays, 9 p.m. ET, on TLC.
