The final episode shows Mariah Carey writing her own version about her notorious split with James Packer. Packer ended his engagement with Carey in Oct of last year, due to Carey's excessive spending, the Mirror reported.
The finale of Mariah's World mostly revolves around the fact that Mariah Carey's wedding to her now ex-fiancé James Packer was not going to take place. It also shows how far the relationship between Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka has taken off.
One of the first bombshells of Mariah's World that viewers watched was when Bryan Tanaka confronted Mariah Carey. During the confrontation, Tanaka asked Carey if she was going to go through with her wedding.
"Are you really going to marry this guy? Just wondering," Bryan Tanaka asked Mariah Carey. After a very long pause, Carey replied, "I don't even know what I think anymore."
Bryan Tanaka also said that inside he was screaming "I love you Mariah" and that all he ever wanted was for Mariah to be happy. Carey just had too much going through her mind.
The second bombshell of the season finale is Mariah Carey calling off her wedding with James Packer. According to Carey, their schedules didn't work out with the proposed dates of when the wedding would take place and that the pre-nuptial agreement was taking forever to complete.
The third and last bombshell was the romantic getaway of Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka in Maui. During that romantic trip, Carey and Tanaka confirmed their relationship as they confessed their feelings towards each other and shared a steamy kiss.
