‘Kim Kardashian’ Latest News: ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Star Posts Nail Piercing Video At Snapchat

By

Love her or hate her, Kim Kardashian is here to stay. And after a three-month absence from social media, Kim is back at it again with another trend-setting post.

In her recent post on Snapchat, Kim Kardashian showed what looks to be nail piercings. Two or three small gold rings are attached on her silver colored nails to complement the colors.

The 10-second video shows an up close view of the nails in what looks to be a statement look. You can also hear Kim Kardashian telling that her older sister Khloe Kardashian would be proud of her new look.

But this isn't the first time pierced nails became a thing, according to Mirror.co.uk. It was in fact featured in some fashion shows so Kim Kardashian is not showing anything new here. Her younger sister has actually tried the look back in 2013 based on a post by Mashable.com.

Nail brand Orly had their model's nails feature piercings. But unlike Kim Kardashian's version, the models only had two of their fingernails pierced, unlike Kim who had all five of hers pierced.

Instagram also has posts showing the unique look from different users. But with Kim Kardashian now donning the look, expect it to be a bigger trend.

What's notable about this post is that this was the first time in three months since Kim Kardashian has posted anything on social media. The celebrity has been known to be a Social Media expert using the platform to increase her popularity.

The post comes after Kim Kardashian's traumatic robbery incident in Paris last October. The incident has left her shaken for months after the incidents. According to People.com, Kim Kardashian has barely slept.

Afterward, she spent as much time with her family to keep things as normal as possible. And it looks like Kim Kardashian is doing ok now with the time spent with her family.
