More new features for older hardware
In addition, USB and SD card storage support, as well as cast support for HBO GO, will be included. Picture-in-picture mode will also be available in certain apps, reports DigitalTrends.
Google Assistant and SmartThings Hub Technology are among the features that Nvidia plans to include in future updates. Google Assistant will help users in navigating the TV's menus by using voice-commands.
As for the SmartThings Hub Technology, this will help turn houses into full-blown smart homes. With the help of $50 spot units, users can command the Shield TV to perform a variety of tasks from anywhere in their home.
