Apple Releases New iOS 10 Design Resources, Available In Photosop and Sketch Templates

It is a big year for Apple and it is constantly releasing new updates for many of its applications. In addition to all what's new Apple has just released an update to their iOS Human Interface Guidelines by making use of the new iOS 10 design resources.

The Apple music creation applications just saw redesigning and the addition of brand new features. With the iOS update now, the resources incorporate UI materials and template which aid designers to rapidly understand and put to use the iOS applications.

Akin to their music updates, the company wishes to make it easier for users to put their abilities to the best of use. Previously, Apple shared Apple Watch and Dynamic Type Sizes' Sketch design templates. However, this latest update involves a lot more.

Apple is reported to quote that these resources are "comprehensive and accurately depict the full range of UIKit controls, views and glyphs available to developers using the iOS SDK". These novels freshly shared templates can be found in Sketch as well as Photoshop templates for designer to adjust them within their work.

The iOS Human Interface Guidelines not only hosts new design resources, but also makes use of interactive videos to aid designers in getting started with Comps, Icons, and Glyphs. The templates include both dark as well as light examples of the iOS UI.

Apple has dedicated a page for the iOS Human Interface Guidelines' Resources where users could head to for downloads. Despite the legal battles faced by the company, it looks like nothing will hinder its evident progress.

Although there is no indication whether the dark mode will make its way in the upcoming iOS, the darker UI elements highlight the users' options with Accessibility features. This is specifically visible in the fact that the darker UI elements match the visual behavior seen when Invert Colors is enabled on iOS.
