‘Logan’ Final Trailer Reveals Hugh Jackman Teaming Up With Young Mutant

"Logan" fans have gotten more excited to watch for the upcoming film. The final trailer for the action-packed movie teases Hugh Jackman teaming up with a female teen mutant.


The final trailer which was released by Fox on Thursday, shows Jackman as Wolverine on their hide out in a border town in Mexico together with Professor X. Wolverine meets Laura, portrayed by Dafne Keen who appears to have a lot of super powers, as she is being chased by dark forces as reported by Variety.

Wolverine and Laura cross path in a convenient store where the teen was taking food and items and took down the clerk when Jackman arrives and pulled her out of the store. The dark forces tried to take the mutant teen away from him but they managed to escape.

According to the Daily Mail, Wolverine tried to walk away from Laura but Stewart tells him that the teen needs his help. The trailer shows how Jackman is trying to live a normal life but as Laura comes along, he sees himself back to his old life.

The report has revealed that Hugh Jackman's appearance in "Logan" will be the last time he will play for the role. The movie director James Mangold has expressed sadness when the crew finished shooting for the film.

Mangold said in an interview that the last scene filmed with Jackman as Wolverine really moved him. He also said that it as the realization that it was the last scene and last time Jackman will play as his character that made him emotional. The director also added that right after they filmed the last scene in the movie, the set was filled with people hugging and tearing up.

Jackman, who will play Wolverine in a movie for the ninth time, said that he is planning to pass the character to a new actor and added that such things are inevitable. However, it has not yet been revealed who will be the next Wolverine.

"Logan" is set to hit the big screen on March 3.
