‘Mavic Pro’ Latest News & Updates: New shipment schedule set to clear DJI from delivery failure controversy

By

The great features of DJI Mavic Pro which made the drone become the talk of the town has turned into somewhat controversial issue in 2016 due to its consumer's demand outnumbered its supply, with many users were left upset when the company had troubles on shipping out the product.

DJI has been bombarded with complaints just after a few weeks of its initial release, when it wasn't able to fulfil their own target shipment schedule.

The issue raised when the company allegedly accepted pre-orders for the drone but failed to deliver them to the customers.

The company however was able to acknowledge their own shortcoming which helps them to genuinely explain the reason behind the delay, reported Mobile & Apps.

Though its official apology published on its own website, DJI claims that the company has encountered an issue "integrating a part" into the Mavic Pro drone.

DJI was reportedly have adjusted the estimation of arrival of the product, by pushing it up to eight weeks from order confirmation after the shipment controversy.

Customers will then be able to see the product's estimated shipping time of seven to ten days after a complete transaction, and they will also be receiveing the order confirmation of the Mavic Pro from the company's e-commerce website.

With this new order system, DJI is basically promising a shorter shipping time of the drone and is seen to a leap from the set shipment date during the holidays.

There are still a few people however wondering whether their ordered Mavic Pros will be actually shipped to them within the same time frame, since the company is said to have not completed all past orders of their customers.

With the new shipment schedule posted earlier, the company could be able to clear all past orders before the said ten-day window finishes.

The company is expected to prioritize its previous buyers and hopefully will be able to redeem itself in the future.

DJI has released an official apology through its own website, claiming that the company has encountered an issue "integrating a part" into the Mavic Pro drone.
