Charlie Sheen's Ex-Wives Not Teaming Up To Get More Child Support From 'Two And A Half Men' Actor

Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller, the former wives of Charlie Sheen, are both after the actor for child support, although the two women, denied teaming up. The "Two and a Half Men" star seeks the court to reduce his child support payments to Mueller.

The Gossip Cop reported that Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards, both Sheen's exes, are not working together to get the actor pay them up for financial support for their children. However, Sheen is asking a judge to reduce the amount given to Mueller, since he has been paying her $55,000 every month. Actress Mueller, who is a mother of twins, is on legal battle to maintain the said amount since it was one of the terms on her divorce settlement with the actor.

Same with Mueller, former actress-model Richards, who is a mother of four children, is also asking Sheen for child support since she cannot cover basic expenses, TMZ reported. One of her children also needs "significant" psychological assistance. Both women claimed insurance is not enough to cover their basic expenses.

The 50-year-old actor filed to reduce his $55,000-per-month support payments to Mueller on March 2016, claiming his income had substantially decreased since he sold off his "Two and A Half Men" profit participation points for $26 million, Daily Mail cited.

Court papers stated that Sheen argues he should pay less child support now, because he has seen a dramatic decrease in his income since the agreement was made. According to Sheen, he was once making $613,000 per month while working on "Two and a Half Man", which he left in 2011.

He also said he's currently earning $87,384 on average per month. Because of the difference in income, he says he cannot keep up with the monthly child support payments. Sheen and Mueller were married in 2008 and ended their marriage in 2011, while Denise Richards became Sheen's wife in 2002 and they divorced in 2006.

Recently, the actor has been investigated by detectives from an elite stalking unit after his former fiancée, Scottine Ross, an adult film star, said the actor threatened her.
