Alec Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria Thomas Baldwin, were out on Beverly Hills on Tuesday last week when the incident happened. According to the Daily Mail, Baldwin got enraged on a paparazzo after it tried to take pictures of them together. "You're a piece of trash" and "Stay away from my wife" are reportedly some of the foul words that the "30 Rock" actor screamed during the heated confrontation.
The actor was being filmed when the incident happened and he is seen screaming near the photographer's face, according to Daily Caller. Baldwin yelled the photographer to "shut up" as it tried to reason his way out. "You stay away from my wife, okay. You got that," the actor warned.
The TMZ reported that the 58-year old actor wrote an essay, saying he would be moving to California from his New York home in order to avoid paparazzi in the city. "L.A. is a place where you live behind a gate, you get in a car, your interaction with the public is minimal," he wrote in a New York magazine.
The incident happened in Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills. As of now, Baldwin has not yet commented over the incident. The photographer in the video has not also responded. It is still unclear if he will take legal action against the actor. Nonetheless, a lawsuit is still possible.
