Real Housewives' Peter Thomas and Cynthia Bailey sued for $225k; Bailey says allegations are nonsense

Reality star Peter Thomas and wife Cynthia Bailey are facing a $225,000 lawsuit for allegedly cheating on the surveillance tape that was submitted to the court for another lawsuit concerning a fight that took place in Sports One Charlotte. The complainant also accused Thomas of flirting with a woman during the night of the altercation.

As reported by Perez Hilton, a man named Brandon Hill sued Thomas for allegedly tampering the surveillance video presented in the court during the legal proceedings of his criminal lawsuit against the reality star. Link also previously pressed charges against Thomas for the latter's supposed role in the incident in Sports One where Thomas allegedly verbally and physically assaulted him.

However, Link's allegations were dismissed by the court as surveillance footage from the establishment showed that Link also showed aggression and suffered a concussion after slipping on some ice. Sports One is owned by Thomas, and Link is seeking $225,000 for damages.

But the assault allegations against Thomas is not the end to Link's claims, as he also hinted on Thomas' supposed infidelity. Link said that Thomas was "working on some p-y" at the time. As reported by Page Six, Link also stressed that he is not after Thomas' money. "Do you think I give a f-k about your money!" Link yelled at Thomas.

According to Wet Paint, Thomas and Bailey are currently facing marital drama and are rumored to face their imminent divorce. Thus, the recent infidelity rumor thrown against Thomas does not generally bode well for their marriage.

Thomas and Bailey representatives haven't released their comment and details of the case. But Bailey stressed that the lawsuit is nonsense and is only adding to the stress that they are facing amid the crisis in their marital life. The couple starred in the reality show Real Housewives of Atlanta.
